Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To begin the process, please contact us via email.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original conditon and packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be dispatched within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Exemptions from Returns
Please note that the following items are exempt from returns:
- Wedding bouquet and custom flower preservatons
- Personalised or custom-made orders
Due to the bespoke nature of these items, returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case a return of the item will be organised and brought back to our studio for repair.
A deposit of €100 / €50 paid to secure bouquet or flower preservaton bookings is non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are intended for the named recipient but may be transferable in certain circumstances. Please contact us if a transfer is required.
Availability for the event date must be confirmed prior to the purchase of a preservation gift voucher.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographic evidence.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Repairs
If your item becomes accidentally damaged and you would like to enquire about a repair, please contact us via email.
Where a repair is possible, we will provide a quotation. Repair and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
